Description
This song was especially commissioned for the launch of Creative Commons Taiwan on September 4, 2004. Mr. Yue-Hsin Chu, a renownable popular singer and producer in Taiwan, wrote this title to illustrate the concept of Creative Commons. This song expresses the will of artists and the difficulties they faced while trying to share their works. Chu and Creative Commons Taiwan worked together to produce a CC-licensed CD album of the same title for distribution at the launch. The CD proves to be very popular and is used after the launch for other out-reach events. The English lyrics included here was translated from the original Holo lyrics by Mr. Deng Liu, an articulate writer and a well-known open source software developer in Taiwan.
